Because we are a small business, we are unable to accept order cancellations for any reason. Once an order is placed, we immediately incur processing fees from our website and payment processor, and these fees are non-refundable to us. Allowing cancellations would result in a loss on every order.

We only offer refunds for items that arrive damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage so we can help resolve the issue.

Because the material are signs are made from is slightly pliable and lightweight, they can warp if exposed to moisture or if stored standing upright for long periods. To keep your signs in great condition, follow these tips:

✔ Store Flat Always lay your signs flat rather than standing them up. This prevents natural bending or bowing over time.

✔ Keep in a Dry Environment Make sure your storage area is dry and not prone to humidity, leaks, or dampness.

✔ Avoid Stacking With Curved Objects If stacking multiple signs, make sure nothing underneath has a bend or uneven shape that could cause pressure points.

✔ Use a Protective Layer Placing a sheet of cardboard, foam board, or another smooth, flat material between stacked signs can help protect the finished surfaces.

✔ Keep Away From Direct Heat Sources Excess heat can contribute to warping. Avoid storing near heaters, vents, or areas with significant temperature swings.

When stored correctly, hardboard signs remain smooth, stable, and ready to display anytime. A little care goes a long way in preserving the life and look of your signage!
